Cheapside, Texas (via flickr)
Located in a remote corner of Gonzalez County, Cheapside is now little more than a ghost town at the end of a pothole-filled rural road. All that remains is the church on the hill, one-room-schoolhouse-cum-community center, a handful of abandoned commercial buildings and a few scattered ranch residences.
